Craig is responsible for overall direction of the company including future development, company / client relations and management support. Craig also oversees the Red Deer operations.


Clint McKinlay, Vice-President & General Manager

  • Owner / General Manager
  • Based out of Lloydminster
Clint is responsible for direction of day-to-day operations. Clint also manages the Safety Loss Prevention Program.


Rob McGuire, Operations Manager
  • 10 years experience in safety services
  • Based out of Lloydminster
Rob manages the safety personnel and ensures that the policies and procedures are adhered to. Rob oversees the Lloydminster operations.


Gary Kelahear, Sales Manager

  • Based out of Red Deer
Gary is responsible for customer relations and support. Gary completes site visits and provides a contact point for our customers.


Ron Kushniruk, Red Deer Area Coordinator

Ron is responsible for dispatch, project reviews and customer relations.


Terry Marenger, Lloydminster Area Coordinator
  • 6 years experience in safety services
Terry regulates and maintains a very strong customer base in the Lloydminster area.


Tara Cameron, Quality Assurance  and Quality Control Coordinator
  • 3 years experience in safety services
Tara ensures our life saving equipment is maintained to the highest of standards as well as maintaining the documentation to support the program.


John Wade, Corporate HSE Advisor
  • 10 years experience in safety services
John manages the Corporate Safety Program including ISNetWorld, WCB, and the Certificate of Recognition program.


Len Koivisto, Corporate Safety Specialist
  • 10 years experience in safety services
Len manages employee recruitment, personnel development, contractors, facility auditing and safety training.


Dion McAlister, Training Coordinator
